You're in control of your data. Here's how to permanently delete your ShelfCheck account and all associated information.
Launch the app and make sure you're signed in.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom nav.
Tap Settings on your profile page.
Scroll to the bottom of Settings - you'll be asked to confirm your identity.
Re-authenticate and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account, product shelf, and all associated data cannot be recovered.
Email address, user ID, and authentication credentials deleted from Firebase.
All products, expiry dates, categories, purchase info, and notes.
Any photos stored in cloud backup deleted from storage servers.
Device token removed - no further notifications sent.
If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 30 days.
